Megan Wiley, PT, DPT, WHC, RHP-1

I had personally struggled with confusing, exhausting and painful symptoms for 20 years and know the frustration of being bounced from specialist to specialist, having test after test and spending tons of money without any real help.   I have always been one to try to tackle things on my own but it wasn’t until I dove into the world of functional medicine and had someone to work by my side that I was able to  finally break out of the daily pain cycle I had been in. Healing my gut and identifying my unique triggers has been truly life-changing and empowering to know that I can control my symptoms based on what I eat and how I live my life.

As a women’s health physical therapist, I hear daily the struggles of other women going through similar frustrations-from chronic GI symptoms, stubborn weight gain or miserable menstrual cycles-with no health care provider who was truly helping them.  I realized that what these women needed was not necessarily the magical pill or diagnosis, but rather, someone to guide and support them through their health journey.

That’s where health coaching fits in. I help overwhelmed individuals dealing with chronic symptoms—like GI issues, fatigue, pain, or hormonal imbalances—take simple, sustainable steps toward better health. With a focus on lifestyle medicine, nutrition and mindset, I offer a listening ear, a clear path forward, and the accountability you need to make real progress. Together, we’ll cut through the confusion, simplify the process, and move at a pace that works for you—so you can feel better, day by day.

When I’m not digging into all things health, you can likely find me being active outdoors, cooking up something in my kitchen, traveling or hanging out with my friends, husband or three kids (which these days often involves me being on the sidelines for soccer games and dance competitions). I believe that life is better with a good sense of humor, good food and good company.
